mein ik sawal pochna chata hon k

1- kia chachaa(uncle) aur Bhatijiiii ka apas mein Nikka ho skata hey ?

2- kia wo chachaa apni bhatijiii k liyey mehraam hey ya na-mehraam??

3- kia bhatijiii ko chacha sey parda karna chaiyey ager ow mehram nhi hey to???

jo 3 swal aap ne pooche hain in ka obvious jwab hai nahi.bap ka bhai bhi bap hi hota hai us se nikkah haram hai.chacha se sharai tor par parda nahi hai lekin agar koi chacha apni bhatiji k liye aise khayal rakhta hai ya zahir karta hai to bathiji ko na sirf parda karna chahiye balke bach kar rehna chahiye.

chacha aur bhatiji aik doseray k mahrum hen aur in ka nikaah bhi nahi hoo sakta,in ka parda bhi nahi hai laikin ager fitnay ka undayshaa ho tu parda kernna chahiay.
