Diet Plan To Reduce My Weight

Assalam o Alikum

mayri is forum pe moujood tamam Doctors se requst hay k plzz koi accha diet plan aap mujhay suggest ker dein jis se main apna weight jald az jald reduce ker loon

mayri hight 5 , 3" hay aur weight 65 KG hay

Please suggest for me any good diet plan to reduce my weight. Thanks

faisee ap diet batao. yaha forum par har kisi ko allow hai. agar safeena ko pasand nahi aye ga tu kisi aur ko pasand ajai ga. bas khial rakhna keh koi harbal, homoeo aur hakimi nuskha na ho.

  • drink plenty of water
  • take simple diet
  • avoid fatty, oily, spicy and junk food
  • take green vegetables
  • avoid cheese, red meat and dry fruits
  • do regular exercise
  • walk daily half hour before breakfast and half hour after dinner

Actually those diet plans are for those who need urgent weight drop  and they are  much overweight. when this diet left, you will regain the weight when you come to earlier habits. aap ka weight, as u mentioned, is not abnormal. Also those diet plans need some follow up too,  which we can't do here because of communication pattern of forum.

So I cant mention plans here as its seems useless. However, I would suggest you to adopt a healthy life style. Dr khan_80 has told you generally, but I would add some details in those suggestions.
  • drink water with measurement like more than 15 glasses a day in intervals
  • cut down carbs ( breads, rice, potato, bakery items etc ) from your diet as much as possible
  • eat white meat as meals as much as possible without oil (preferrably grilled)
  • dont eat any thing cooked in oil, take alternatives (like boiled eggs without yoke)
  • use skim milks or reduced fat milk for tea etc and sugar free sweeteners
  • eat fresh fruit like apples, watermelon, melon before meal or in meals as much as you can.
  • Dont take multiple options in a single meal. eat one thing only(either fruit or white meat or vegetable etc but with full satisfaction).
these are some general suggestions. Let me know if you have questions. Drs please correct me if anything wrong.  thanks

good diet plan, I hope it will work for the people who want to reduce their weight but i don't agree that Dont take multiple options in a single meal. eat one thing only. Combinations of food items can be taken keeping in mind the total calorie intake of the whole meal.

Calorie chart is available at all reputable hospitals and labs, in the nutrition/dietary department.

Dr khan_80 is right in opinion that balanced diet should be taken in a single meal within required/suggested calorie intake. But normally it becomes difficult to keep oneself restrained within the calorie range if multiple options/dishes are available in a single meal, especially for those who want to reduce weight. So to help them out, its suggested that take one option from the above mentioned foods with full satisfaction, however you can take other type of food in other meal so it will be balanced out.

In conclusion, you can balance your diet as per your body requirement. I have not given the minute details. By reading, manage your breakfasts, lunch and dinners by yourselves. In between meals,you can use fresh juicy fruits as snacks, it will lower down ur hunger.

AOA!ma is forum pe new hon.mara masla ya hy k mari height 5ft or weight 63kg hy .i know mujy pata hy k mara weight ziyada hy or height b kam hy.ma bohat koshosh ker rhi hon apna weight kam kerny ki,ma walk,exercises,or twister wali exercise kerti hon per mara weight kam nhi ho rha.or dosri bat ye hy k ma bohat se videos dekh ker apdominal exercise b kerti hon.mari sister ny mujy ye tamam exercise kerny se manna kia hy. ma ap sab se ye pochna chati hon k kia ye abs exercises kerny se shadi k bad mujy koi masla to nhi ho ga?or my ny ye b sona hy k hyman repture ho jata hy? 

plzzz mujy weight or tummy kam kerny k liye koi asi diet batain jis se mara weight b kam ho jaie or height b teek lage. 
plz mara mazaq mat orana q k ma ny 1st time kisi se kuch pocha hy.

Dear Safeena

Safeena my height is 5ft 8inch my weight is 83kg my waste is 34 and no belly my body is like body builder by nature two and half month back my weight was 90Kg i just reduce 7kg just making my diet simple and not eating fat and junk food yes I plus few things in my diet and few things i subtract from my diet and now I am reducing and feeling much healthy than before :)

I just add green tea (Kawa or Afghan Kawa) I use to take 5 to 6 time daily

After break fast I drink Big mug of kawa or green tea and after break fast Lunch or dinner I dont set at least I do walk for 30min just walking here and there or standing but I dont set on chair bec after meal setting on chair app ka Paita nikala ata hay.

Say No to following things
No chess
No Cold drink
No Junk food
No Monies
Not to much Oily food (Try to use Olive oil)
No Rice
No Naana

Just try to drink green tea or Kawa you can get easily from ever where as well dont set after having meal atleast walk for min 15 to 30min after meal
