I Am Facing Problem In Taking Milk

assalam alikum,hope every one fine,mujhe 1 problem poochna he,aap logon ke kehne par me ne milk shuroo kia thah,mujhe milk peene se kafi masla ho raha he,dood peene ke baad pait me kafi problem hoti he,pait baut bhari feel hota hai,pait bhar sa jata he,hala ke itna ziada bi nahi peeta,sirf 1 tea ka cup,

I have started to take milk on your advice. I am facing much problem in taking it. I got much problem in the tummy after drinking milk and it feels heavy. It becomes full although I donít take much of it. I take just equal to the cup of tea. Please solve this problem.

Ap milk meal ke baad na piya karain .... Its better if u drink milk atleast 2-3hour after meal or before gng to bed at night and wo bhi luke warm milk(neem garam) .... Or skip 1 time meal instead drink milk..... U can remove excess cream from top and its better if u take any packet milk rather than from milkman(gawala) thts al i can advse.lets c wat othr membrz tel u

Behtar ha k ap dood k baad 1hr tak kuch na khain..... Apko heavy feel honey k alawa tu koi prob nai?jaise khati dakar ana ya qabaz.. ...... I suggest ap zada oily ya muragan (meat) gaza na khaya karain.... Salad zada istamal karain...moli waigara nai balke salad ke patey aur tomato etc.... Lemon is v.good wo salad mai ya khane ke baad lain.... Eat more vegetable.... Jo kahwa hoti ha green tea leaves ka thats gud half hr after meal.... Aur aik baat khana khatey he laita na karain even dopahar mai atleast wait half hour.... Plus u can take isapghol ka chilka befor every meal with water.
