 ek to ap daily subha uth kar neem garam pani me ek chamach shehad aur nimboo mila kar piya karain.

pait ke lye exesersieze yehi best hai ke ap sidhi let kar uth kar baithe jisme apni tangain sidhi rahain

pet ko andar khainch kar 3 second ke lye chod dain.,aur ye ap kisi waqt bhi kar sakti hain...cooking ke doran..ghar ke kamon ke doran..

iske ilawaha agar ap walk/jogiing kar sakain to wo bhi agar ap continue karti rahengi to farak padega...

mera bhi massla apki tarah same hai,par maine swimming start ki hai,lekin sab cheezain continue karte rehna chahye,jo mai nahi kar pati...

so try it aur agar apko faida hua to mujhe bhi batana

is problem ka hal exercize hee hay laikin khanay peene main ahtyaat karna bi zarori hay main aap ko tafseel se samjhata hun aap us par ammal karain 6 months pabandi se inshAllah aap ka problem khatam ho jaye ga.

1: khana khanay k bad bethain mat aur letain mat khanay k bad apne aap ko masroof rakhin kisi na kisi kaam main , raat ka khana khanay k bad kabi foran sonay mat jayien balky neend k time se koi 90 minutes pehle dinner kar lein .

2:khanay main masalihay kam use karain , salaad main , kheera , kakri , mooli in ka istamaal ziada karain aur mustaqil salaad khanay ki aadet daalain , and chiknai ka istamaal kam karain.

3:numaaz parhne k aadet pabandi se daalain , 2 exersizes main aap ko bata raha hun un par pabandi se ammal karain
(namaskaram) ye yuga ki exersize hay aur khas kar larkion k liye bohat faida mand hay is main aap ko ye karna hay k jab pet khali ho yani khana khanay se pehle , aap seedhi kharhi ho jayien kisi esi jaga jahaan taza hawa aarahi ho then seedhi kharhi ho kar apne hathon ki unglyaan apne peron ki unglyon se touch karain is tarah k aap k gutne murhne na payien then jab aap k hath peron ki unglyon se tocuh karne lagain to phir waqt barhayien usi halat main 5 min rukain kuch time bad phir hath peron k aagay zameen par touch karne ki koshish karain jab kamyab ho jayien to phir ye exersize kartay waqt 5 min rukna hay jab hath zameen se touch hun . ye exercize bohat faida mand hay chehray par , kammar par , pet par is ka bohat achha asar parhta hay
note: jab kammar main dard ho tab ye exercize mat karain and jo is exercize ko mustaqil karay ga inshAllah us ki kammar main dard na hoga.

(peeth k bal let kar kammar se jism uthana)is main aap ko seedha let kar kisi cheez main apni taangain phansani hain phir aap ko apni kammar k zor par uper uthna hay is tarah k aap ki tangain zameen se bilkul na uthain ye exercize bi bilkul khali pet karni hay.

Delivery kay bad pait barna

AOA meri age 34 hai aur 3 deliverys k baad mera pait latak giya hai aur bara bhe ho gya hai aur meri hight 4.3 hai alaj aur exercise bata dein meharbani ho gee.
