I am not here to ask for any help, but i here to share some knowledge that every women should know before gettin married, and even after marriage, it is very important to have a good sex life with your husband, otherwise the relationships can lose their charm.

Because u can damage ur hymen, and even hurt ur vaginal walls with nails, and it will spoil the tightness of ur vagina too, if u masturbate like this alot. Altough another sensitive spot the G-Spot lies within the first 2/3 inches of ur vaginal walls, lekin the medically recomended way of maturbation is to rub fingers between vaginal lips.

Well on the other hand, some desi totka's are also available:

Aap ne phitkari ka suba hoga, well using a spoon full of phitkari in a tub of luke warm water on daily basis, specially b4 going to bed is best. Just miz phitkari in water, and dip ur private area for 5 mins. And u will see its tighten.

Dusri cheeze hai manjakhani oil (oak oil) wohi bhi use kar saktay hain. Then ask ur husband to go for foreplay before sexs. Female body is not a machine to just satisfy lust. Han you are right i know all this, actually mujhay hamesha se he biology main bohat interest tha, waysay i am a Business Student, lekin agar main business degree na karti toh shayed aik doctor he hoti.

I study alot on internet, waysay bhi internet pe toh inti information hai, jis se aap kafi educate hotay ho. Aur maine notice kiya hai k foregin countries main girls ko school main he itna educate kiya jata hai, jabke pakistan main koi aysa system nahi. Girls beechari apni bohat si basis problems discuss bhi nahi kar sakti sharam o haya ki waja se. And kabhi kabhi toh problem bohat genuine hota hai.

Lekin i believe k agar aap apnay mind ko clean rakho aur sirg education and medical health k point of view se baat karo toh, problems share karnay, aur unn ke solutions discuss karnay main koi harj nahi.

Meray fiance ka bhi yeahi khayal hai, and we both have good understanding about eachother medical health and stuff. Meray fiance bhi yeahi kehtay hain k before marriage aap ko basic things ka complete knowledge hona chaheye, so that u dont consult doctors even for small small things. Jo cheeze aap khud manage aur handle kar sakay ho, uss k liye doctors ki fatigue karnay ki kiya zarurat hai.

Thankyou so much for welcoming me to the website.
Well yes prayers are also best way to perform YOGA,
Lekin yoga for sex health is different than prayer ritual.

Dusri baat ye k, YOGA beshak indian culture ka part hai, but no doubt it has great medical value, and achi baat, ya achi health related info kahin se bhi hasil ki ja sakti hai. Iss main toh koi problem nahi hona chaheye na :)

Dear nmam,

well maine phitkari ko use kiya hai personally, it is an antiseptic and it helps treating body discharges etc. Plus it helps in keeping vaginal hole in tight shape. It is also known as (Potash Alumn) aur ye koi harmful cheeze nahi hai. Humaray pickles (achaar) wagera main sour taste denay k liye bhi use hoti hai. Log achne treatment k liye bhi phitkari ka mask use kartay hain jis se sikn glow karti hai, aur achi hoti hai.

Dusra Maine MANJAKHANI (OAK) oil ka bataya tha, issay olive oil main mix kar k as an ointment use kar hain, like u have to apply it a bit inside. Maine manjakhani oil ko personally use nahi kiya because its usually prescribed only for tightening of vagial hole. And m still unmarried, no experience to that.

Han lekin phitkari, na sirf vaginal hole to tight karti hai, balkay its antibacterial, antiseptic, and aur bhi bohat benefits hain. Garmiyoon main aksaar rashes ho jatay hain, due to undergarments, zahir hai aap ko sweating wagera hoti hai, to nahanay se pehlay bath tub wagera main, phit ka pani tayaar kar lo, and take bath with it, toh aap ko rashes nahi hongay, aur zarurat se ziada sweating nahi hogi.

Agar aap ka actual problem vaginal tightness hai, toh i will recomend u Phitkari with Kegal exercises. Some Imp POINTS

You have to perform this kegel exercises in order to make your pelvic muscles strong. The weak pelvic muscles can cause problems during pregnancy and childbirth [--

Some points to remember while performing kegel exercise:

  • Bladder control problems may be obtained to you while performing these exercises, if you have weak pelvic muscles.
  • Your pelvic muscles will be strengthened day by day if you perform these exercises daily.
  • These exercises will help you to improve bladder control.
  • Ask your doctor or take proper suggestion from your doctor regarding how to squeeze the right muscles. Tell your total experience while performing the exercise and know whether you are performing it in right way or not.
  • You can prevent the pelvic muscle damage if your muscles get tighten before lifting, sneezing or jumping.

So, practice this kegel exercise regularly for at least 3 times a day to make your pelvic muscles strong

Elevator Exercise (KEGAL EXERCISE)

Elevator exercise is a part if KEGEL Exersice series,

I have already told u the basic and most effective one, now there is one more, i hope it can be helpful to many people:

The "elevator exercise"
An excellent way to perform this exercise is to pretend that you are on an elevator, going up. Start by tightening the superficial muscles of the pelvic floor. This is the 2nd floor. Then relax and imagine that you are going back down to the 1st floor. Go up the elevator again. As you reach the 2nd floor, tighten your pelvic floor muscles as before. Take it even further to the 3rd floor and tighten the muscles tighter. Then go back to the 2nd floor and then the 1st floor (relaxed). Continue this process up to the 6th floor, contracting your pelvic floor muscles tighter and tighter as you "go higher" in the elevator. When you reach the 6th floor, pretend to step off the elevator in your mind, walk around for a while, continuing to contract the muscles, then get back on, and go to the 5th, the 4th, etc.

Sub se pehlay toh itna bata doon k maine copy paste sirf KEGEL exercises k procedure ko kiya hai, baki info main idhar uhdar se gather ki thi, like kabhi kisi se suna, kabhi internet pe kahin kisi time read kiya tha, etc.

Now coming to PHITKARI, well i use to live in Islamabad for my education,  wahan ki garmi meray liye kuch ziada he naqabil-e-bardast thi and i got irritation and rashes problem because of undergarments. Tab my aunty told me to use phitkari, waysay toh meri mother ko bhi kafi totkay aatay hai, like basic things like fever, cough, flu etc k liye hum kabhi doc k pass nai gaye ghar k totkay use kartay hain.

Well tabhi se mujhay pata tha k phitkari kaysay use kartay hain. Han lekin vaginal hole ki tightness ka pata mujhay aik friend k through pata chala tha, she's married, and ussay ye problem huwa tha k her husband was losing interest in her, after first baby. Toh woh bohat perashan thi. She asked me ask my mother for a totka, and she told about phitkari. Lekin maine phitkari k baray main kafi indian herbal meds main bhi read kiya hai.

1 tub luke warm water
1 tea spoon crushed phitkari
and sit in water dipping the private area for about 5 to 10 mins.
They should repeat this on daily basis, specially before going to bed.

And my fiance told me that shadi k baad har husband ko wife k close honay se pehlay foreplay karna chaheye, because husband wife relationship should be controlled by love and mind, not by body and lust. So both partners will feel love and satisfaction in relationship. Must love and respect ur wife, and help her in the natural processes happening to her body with age, sex, childbirth etc.
