Dear brother,
As per the information you have provided, the husband is transgressing beyond his rights, and Allah doesn't like transgressors (this has been mentioned in Quran many times). But labeling him will NOT solve the wife's problem. She should talk with her parents/wali to get a divorce or can get it done through court. However, going through court could take spending considerable time and money for her.
I sincerely hope that you are not the man in question. Please forgive me if you are offended by my writing so. If the woman is someone you know, then give her good advice and ask her to seek annulment of the marriage. |
