yaaar jee fiker mut keroo..aisa hota baaz loogoon main..due to too much fazoll thinking or due to some stress..be strong & try to recite GODs names & some sorat shreef...
u will be okay ,as I do the same thing when I am too much mentally tired..

bilawajah aisi batain sochna bhi gunnah hi hai. Mera khayal sai to ap doctor ka pas jain kiyu ka yah koi achi bat nahi hai. Agar apki wife ko apki yah bat pata chal jai to ap yah sochain ka unka upper kiya guzra gi shayad kahtain haina ka chonti ka upper pahar girjana
aisi kaifiyat hogi unki. Ab foran psychiatrist ko dekhain aur es bat ko halka nahi lain bilkul bhi. |

Hota hai aisa mere saath hota tha bhut har waqt buss zehn main ye ata tha ke meri ami ko kuch na ho jai Allah na kare wo mar na jain buss ye he khayalat ata rehte the bus jab se namaz main dill lagya hai sab khatam ho gai. do constrate on namaz ba wazo raho or wird rakho. |

Some Detail About Obsessive Compulsive Neurosis Nafsiat mai waham do qisim ka hota hai:
Delusion: is ka matlab false firm believe hai, is qisim ki waham mai mareez apne waham ko tasleem nahi kerta.
kisi ko waham hota hai keh woh President of Pakistan hai, kisi ko shak
hota hai keh dunia bhar ki inteligence os ke peeche lagi huyee hai.
kisi ko apne ghar walo per shak hota hai keh woh os ke food mai poision
mila rahe hai. is qisim ka delusion psychotic disorder mai hota hai, maslan:
- Schizophrenia
- Bipolar affective disorder
Obsession: yeh aik takleef deh
waham hai, kio keh iss mai mareez ko ihsaas hota hai ke os ke khialat
normal nahi hai, balke waham hai. woh andar hi andar apne khialat ko
khatam kerne ki nakam koshish kerta hai. is qisim ka waham neurotic disorder mai hota hai jis ki misal Obsessive Compulsive Neurosis hai.
Obsessive Compulsive Neurosis: yah aik waham ki bimari hai. jis mai mareez ko unctrolled thought
aarahe hote hai. Generally yeh thought kafi takleef deh hote hai,
maslan Allah aur Rasool ko galia dene ka thought (Nauzubillah), Quran
Pak ki be-hurmati kerne ka though (Nauzubillah). ksi ko qatal kerne ka
though, bivi ko talaq dene ka thought.
mareez ko chukeh khood bhi ehsaas hota hai keh os ke thought normal
nahi hai. is liye woh iss thought se bachne ki bharpoor koshish kerta
hai, woh logo se milna chor deta hai, Quraan Pak ki behurmati ke
thought ki soorat mai nimaz quran chor deta hai, bivi ko talaq ke
thought ki soorat mai bivi ke saamne jaane se darta hai.
kuch mareez aise bhi hote hai jo keh apne kaam se mutmain nahi hote,
ose bar bar thought aarahe hote hai keh os ne sahi kam nahi kia. maslan
door ko lock kerne ke baad bar bar check kerna (poori raat check kerte
rahte hai), kisi cheez ko touch kerne ke baad bar bar haath dhona (is
qisim ke mareez aik din mai kai soap aur pani ka poora tank khali ker
dete hai).
wajoohat: exact wajoohat abhi tak maloom nahi, lekin aik theory ke mutabiq is bimari mai aik chemical Serotonin level ki kami hai.
Treatment: ilaj ke kai tareeqe hai, aik mareez per aik se ziadah tareeqa ilaj aazmaya jaata hai.
- Psychotherapy
- Drug Therapy
- Electroconvulsive Therapy
- Neuro surgery
