Increased Weight And Belly Formation: What Is The Reason?

Well i'm facing a strange problem. my age is 24. aboult 1 last month, my weight is not increasing but i'm noticing that my belly is coming out (means i'm getting faty). what's the reason.

central obesity is a result of taking fatty oily food, bakery items, fast food and soft drinks. also it may occur due to hormonal disturbances.

consult ur family physician for the treatment.

Well brother the increase in weight and belly formation is either due to the increase in body fats or due to the weakness of abdominal muscles. The best way to tackle with it is to take balanced diet and to do exercise or walking. Avoid heavy meals and do the exercises of abdominal muscles. Lie down flat and try to touch the toes with your hands by bending up and repeat this up till you get tired. Continue this exercise with increasing number of attempts till the belly will be in normal shape.

i believe that you are getting fat due to the following:
Eating more and not exercising.
Lying down to sleep immediately after dinner.
Having oily foods and heavily sweetened foods.
My suggestions would be:
Reduce the oily, cheesy things in your diet.
Exercise regularly.
Follow meal times regularly.
Dont do much junk food.
Have more fluid intake.
