Lottery: Is This Haram Or Halal According To Islam?

Lottery money is Halaaal or Haraaam.???

I have to answer some one actually,one of my frind ,he is Haji as well.but always play lottery here in UK..Is that allright according to Islaam?

Nikama Jee i am in Pakistan and i also receive some paper from Spain about congratulation of your LUCKY Draw in Lottery .Do you think these LOTTORIES are Fake.Pls also give me some comments about this issue.Because i am also confused where he got my postal address also.

those are fake lottiers ,here in uk/Usa/europe these r very common.that ppl recieve a letter that u have won 20 million dollers or like that.The actuall thing is ,those ppl are the biggest crooks of the world.They send u  letter then they will ask for ur personal details & all that & bank account etc.& insteaded of giving u something ,they take even ur money...samjay...& about address thosed ppl have agents all over the world & serch from internet randomly.they send me e-mail & cong letters regularly..just avoid them

But u have diverted my topic,I had asked that winning Lottery original or something like that is Halaaal or Haraaam..

  nikamma is right, these are fake lotteries.  Main sab say request kerti hoon kay ager kabhi iss kisam ki itlah aap ko di jay kay aap ki lottery mikal aai hay ya aap ka plot nikal aaya hay tu plz iss per aitbaar na kerain.  Yah sab jooth hay aur aisay loag paisay kay chaker main logoun ko ulu banatay hain.

I am sure u might had received some emails also from there, all that is fake. I know a person who had lost his money in such a lotery trap.

nikama ji though jwa is haram in islam , but I think keh agar wo kisi ka haq nahi mar raha (bewi bachoon kay hisay kay paisay jway main har jata hai, ya aur kisi ka bhi haq) to phir us par ziada mehnat na ki jai.........phir ALLAH malik hai.

  Nikamma jee,  here is the answer I have gotten from my research.

         In islam the best way to earn money is to work hard . Islam prohibits a Muslim from earning vast amounts of money without making any effort. Allah Almighty says:

      "O you who believe! Strong drink and games of chance and idols and divining arrows are only an infamy of Satan's handiwork.  Leave it aside in order that you may succeed." (Al-Ma'idah: 90)  

Also if u think that we can donate money from this gambling then keep in mind this hadith,

 The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) says, "Allah does not accept except that which is good and pure." (Reported by Al-Bukhari)

Prize Bond - Lottery!

mainay prize bonds ka suna tha kuch molvio ka kehna hai k prize bond juva (gambling) nahi hai, bcoz jab chahain apni amount wapis li ja sakti hai, or is say govt. business karti hai or agar koi prize nikal ata hai to wo paisa theek hai..

Banks mai log paisay rakhtay hain, paiso mai interest shamil hota jata hai, wohi paisay istamal bi hotay hain.. banks say nikalva kar hi log hajj bi kartay hain... 

isi tarah bohat si chezain hain, pepsi coke bread is kisam ki bohat si khanay peenay ki cheezain hain jinmai say koi na koi inaam bi nikal ata hai or log bohat khush hotay hain, , or kisi company ki koi scheme aee ho to kuch log to inaam k lalach mai dher sara samaan ghar lay atay hain ta k kahin say hamara inaam (prize) nikal aye... 
ab dekha jaey to ismai paisay to cold drink k diye lekin andar say koi gift , college bag nikal aya, ab usay ham kia kahaingay ? (mere  khayal say wo prize jaez hoga)

ab agar kisi nay lottery say paisa bana lia, us paisay say usnay kisi bachi ki shadi kara di, kisi ghareeb ka ilaaj kara dia, koi factory laga di or bohat say logo ko rozgar faraham kar dia,, apnay maa baap ko hajj kara dia,,  to itnay logo ka bhala kar dia or itnay dhair saray logo ki duain lay lin,, Allah ki makhlooq ka khayal rakha, to shaed Allah tala bhi us say raazi ho jain..

Bohot haad taq josh nahi sahi kaha hai. Koi bhi aisa kam jis sai ap makhloq-e-khuda ki madat kardain woh sahi hai laikin essai sai kisi ko nuqsan na pohchain. I agree with josh.

GoodMan: jo bat apna kari hai to mera bhai woh fake hai, Mera pas bhi london sai aik email agai thee aur maina bohot workout kara tha uspai aur kuch investigation ki websites hai waha sai aur kuch jugar lagakai money changer ka owners sai yah bat discuss kari to pata chala ka  yah sab fake hain.

Mazai ki bat yah hai k a mujhai baqaida procedures emails per milai laikin andaza ussi waqt hogaya ka yah fake hai jab maina woh precedures pharai. Koi bhi official document jab sent kara jata hai to document ki setting, alignment waghaira presentation waghaira ka bohot khayal rakha jata hai. Laikin aisai letters ko jab ap pharaingai to sab kuch bigra hoga.....
