meal se pelhay drinking water rahmat hy aur bahud me zahmat according to islam and by scientific research it is found that by drinking water in sittng position water goes in both kidnies and by drinking in standing position it goes in single kidney

jo baat pachpan se humare parents or un ke parents ke parents sunte a rahe hain or jo Huzrat Mohammad Mustafa Sallalah o Alleh Wasalam ki awal sunat rahi ho yani ke pani peene main 7 sunaten apnao 1. pani peene se pehley bismillah parhna 2. pani beth kar peena 3.. pani right hand se peena 4. pani teen sanson main peena 5. Pani dekh kar peena 6. pani peene ke baad Allah ka Shukar ada karna. or khana khane se pehlay peena or khane ke centre main pani peena sehat hai or khane ke akhir main peena bemari hai.

i think clear ho gaya ho ga app ko.
