 Is Profit From Islamic Banking Legal?
is the profits from is islamic banks is legal in islam can i deposits some cash in these banks in order to get the legal profits . please help.

yes you can bahoot say ulemaa.e.karaam ka yehi kahna hai k islamic banking say lain dain aur nafa kamana jaiz hai..... agar aap in ulemaa say ittefaaq kartay haiN to aap aisaa kar saktay haiN... taham kuch ulemaa ab bhi in bank k islamic honay par tahaffuzaat rakhtay haiN....... behtar yehi hai k aap apnay maslak k ulemaa ki roy par amal karaiN. takay kissi confusion say bach sakaiN |

islamic banking aghar jo ulemma.e.karaam islamic banking ko jaiz qarar datain hain aghar wo galat hain aur main un ki baat ko such man kar aghar rupees jama qarwa doo to marnay kay baad mughay say koi sawal poocha jay ga kay yeh to haram tha.

Islamic Banking Daikhiyi sirf ya soch k k ya islamic bank ha or is k profit bi jayaiz h ato ya galat soch ha jab tak us bank ki term and contdion ap ki mufti ko nahi dikha layaty tab tak baqi after mufti fatwa ap say koi sawal nahi kiya jaya ga baroozay qayamat INSHALLAH

sood ki defination kuch is trah se hai keh aik poor insan ko paise ke zaroorat hai aur maladr paisa sood ki shart per deta tha... is trah gareeb insaan per zulam hai...
Bank ki situation different hai.. Bank gareeb nahee hai... Bank app ke paise se business ko brhata hai aur profit kmata hai.. It means Bank to already ameer hai aur mazeed ameer hona chahta hai... islam main yeah shart hai ke profit fix na ho... balke profit and loss ke base per account hona chahe.. Aise hi bank ko paisa de ker profit na lena bhi bewaqoofi hai... I think National bank main kuch aisa system mojod hai...

re: Profit from Islamic Banking Well it would be much better to enquire completely first about the bank, its businesses and methods to provide facilities and all things.
I have come a cross recently with a literature of a Islamic Bank where they have shown a Fatwa that the banking services they are going to provide and profits are all Halal.
However; it is mandatory to verify this before starting dealing with any bank that what they claim whether its true or not.
There are certain banks which are working in the country and they have opened up many Islamic branches. In spite of this they are charging interest by changing its name. Therefore, before doing any business with a bank it is essential to see things from all directions.

You could be in trouble if you deal with banking so that is why Investigate what bank does and then step in... |
