doctor sahib mera masla ye ha k mujey papers mein bahut sakht neend ati ha.plz tell me da solution

Dear Doctor I used to sleep very much during my exams. Please tell me any solution. Thanks

ho sakta hai keh ap neend poori kia beghair paper dene jate ho. ap ko mashwarah hai keh paper ke dino mai kam az kam 8 hours neend poori kare. is tarah paper mai neend nahi aye ga.

  • take 6-8 hours sleep during exams
  • study in small portions of 1 hour then 10 minutes recreation time,then back to study.
  • take plenty of water and healthy drinks during studies.
  • take snacks every half an hour.
  • dont take tension
  • keep faith on allah
  • before paper day, sleep early and keep ur mind free from every negative thought.
  • dont read atleast 3-4 hours before paper.
  • just relax and enjoy this phase of ur life.
