Obesity: Adivice Some Diet Plan And Exercises

Dear Doctors

as you know Obesity is an issue faced by majority of peoples today, and they all are trying their best to contorl it but majority of people like me dont know how to do it.

so to the best intrest of people i would like to request you that please advise us some sort of excercises and diet plan (not medicines) so that we can fight against it.

Obesity: Adivice Some Diet Plan And Exercises

To overcome on obesity is utmost important and as well as difficult to do. However; with strong determination and will power, this is not difficult for a man to get the required targets. In order to decrease the obesity varies methods have been proposed, however; strict diety plan method is most popular. Remember; with out physical activiey along with some exercise, the desired targets could not be achieved.  It is better therefore; to perform certain aerobic exercises along with diet plan. For diet, there is no need for certain chart, instead, make the rule not to take heavy meals. Light breakfast, less sweet items, less ground vegetables like potato, less mutton and beef, no butter and fried items etc. donít rush to decline the weight with in short span of time. Take time to achieve the goals.
