Dieting Methods: Does These Methods Wrong Medically?

hi...this post is specially aimed at the girls who r desperate to loose weight.,..as we all know that all women love to have a good figure and loose weight all the time..so i thought i might tell u the self experienced methods by myself and they mite help u in some way...

i know two types of dieting methods..they might be medically wrong but they have always worked for me..i would love others to share their experiences and methods...

the first one is banana and milk diet...it works when u take two bananas and a glass of milk in the morning afternoon and evening and dont eat anything else...do this dieting for about 14days and ur body will get used to it and u will start loosing weight..

the other is constipation diet...im sure everyone is aware of constipation tablets..just take one of these tablet when u go to bed at night time and it will clean ur stomach during the nite...dont overdose urself ..but dont worry one of these tablets wont harm u....and then once u wake up in the morning just drink water juices and have only liquid food like soups for a whole week...eventually u will loose weight!

these dieting methods will only work if u

  • do proper excersise
  • excersice can be done at home..like skipping etc..its not always important to go to gym
  • its important to do about 15 min excersises during the dieting period
  • and dont forget after the dieting period is over dont start eating heavy food again...start with salads and build it up!!

   Maira yahan arguements kay liay nahi aai lakin maira hayal hay kay bahter ho ga ager tum yah diet kay tareeqay sab say share na kero.  Yahan na tu kisi ko proper vitamins supplement ka patta hay na hi proper exercise ka patta hay aur na hi ziada ter lougoun ki horaak shuru say aisi hoti hay kay wo healty hoan aur aisi diet kay after effects berdasht ker sakain. 

    Pahli diet jo hay wo sahet kay liay haternaak hay ager vitamins supplements kay sath bhi ki jay aur doosri diet kisi hadd tak BULIMIA ki taraf ishara kerti hay.

   Logoun ko aisi information dainay ka matlab aisa hi hay kay jaisay bachay ko asli pistol pakra di ja-ay. 

     Main nay actual diet jo dietations recommend kertay hain wo bhi istimaal ker kay daikhi hay aur even uss say bhi kuch weekness hoti hay tu yah diet tu patta nahi kia kia nuqsaan ker day.

Iss liay bahter hay kay aisa mashwera doosroun ko day ker un ki zindgi say na khailo

ive already..

i ve already said that they mite not be medically rite..so anyone who wants to go ahead with it..should give a thought abt bad and good sides..

besides that we all should know the basic nutrition suppliment and excersise requirment...so i dnt thnk ive written something really nasty for the public...

yaar kia aap dono larne lage diet per may be bili's expriment right but i think diet is bad for whole body when u skip a meal in a day your body gets week, so i am agains of skip you meal , haan best diet tu ye hai ke aap junk or oily foods chore den sugar or rice kam se kam istimal karen , adnan sami ne jab diet shoro ki us ne bhi sugar rice and roti chori thi so try it its too hard but its works.
