Dieting Methods: Does These Methods Wrong Medically?
hi...this post is specially aimed at the girls who r desperate to loose weight.,..as we all know that all women love to have a good figure and loose weight all the time..so i thought i might tell u the self experienced methods by myself and they mite help u in some way...
i know two types of dieting methods..they might be medically wrong but they have always worked for me..i would love others to share their experiences and methods...
the first one is banana and milk diet...it works when u take two bananas and a glass of milk in the morning afternoon and evening and dont eat anything else...do this dieting for about 14days and ur body will get used to it and u will start loosing weight..
the other is constipation diet...im sure everyone is aware of constipation tablets..just take one of these tablet when u go to bed at night time and it will clean ur stomach during the nite...dont overdose urself ..but dont worry one of these tablets wont harm u....and then once u wake up in the morning just drink water juices and have only liquid food like soups for a whole week...eventually u will loose weight!
these dieting methods will only work if u
- do proper excersise
- excersice can be done at home..like skipping etc..its not always important to go to gym
- its important to do about 15 min excersises during the dieting period
- and dont forget after the dieting period is over dont start eating heavy food again...start with salads and build it up!!
