I Have Problem Of Stools And Stomach: What Is Its Solution?

hello everybody.

mera masla bara hi ajeeb sa hai. mujhe tatti kernain mein 30 minutes lag jatai hein bohut thori thori ker kai bahir ati hai. yeh soft so hoti hai ziada hard nahin keh app isko kabaz (suspension) kahein. approx 30 minutes lag jatai hein washroom mein phir kahin jakar pait saaf hota hai. aur sara din 1-2 minutes baad dakar atai rehtai hein. pud bilkul nahin atai, jab dakar hattai hein to phir pud ata hein. mein her tareeqa istemal ker chuka hun jaisai keh ispagol istaimal ki koi faraq nahin para, walking approx 2km daily kerta hun, doctor sai medicine bhu li lakin koi ifaka nahin. mujhe batain keh mein kia karoon. jab mein raat ko laitta hun to lagatr dakkar ki wajha sai meri wife bohut taang ajati hai. kabhi yeh gas merai sar ko char jaati hai aur kabhi heart ki functioning ko bhi disturb kerti hai. plz help me.

Constipation means different things to different people. For many people, it simply means infrequent stools. For others, however, constipation means hard stools, difficulty passing stools (straining), or a sense of incomplete emptying after a bowel movement. What can I advise to you is that

  • Take enough fiber in the diet. Use brown bread, etc.
  • Increase your physical activity.
  • Use Isphaghol Husk
  • Take milk on daily basis
  • Change your  life or routine
  • Donít ignore the urge to have a bowel movement
  • Take plenty of water as much as possible.

I agree with Dr KK
What ever foods cause this gas please avoid them.
Ask your wife to use less spices(masalay) in the foods.
Try not to eat very oily and fatty things.
Have a lot of fluids throughout the whole day.
Change the pace of your walking, do brisk walking, instead of slow walk and try to have exercise of the stomach.
