How do i reduce my Belly

Assalamu alikum

Dr. Sahab Mai Doha Qatar Mai job Karta hu. aur Mai Jab se yaha aaya hu. Day by day mera Pait (stomach) Bahar nikalta ja raha hai. mera job ke hisaab se mai din bhar baitha rheta hu. aur mujhe exercise karne ke liye bhi koi sahulat nahi hai. karo tu mai kya karo pait ( stomach ) andar karne ke liye.

plz koi Accha sa mashwara de mere pait andar jane ke liye.

din bhar baithe rahe ge, aur exercise bhi nahi kare ge tu pait tu barhe ga na. aap din bhar baitha na kare aur exercise kare yahi iss ka ilaj hai.

do excercise daily

do walk daily

diet mein oily, spicy aur sweet dishes kum se kum use kereyn

use honey with lemon

in the moening take 4 glass of water with 2 spoon of honey and a lemon.but before breakfast. u will feel results in a month

aap bayshak sara din baithay rahain, iss say pait itna bera nahi hota jaisa app nay likha hay.  Pait bhernay ki asal waja aap ka wo khana hay jo sara din aap khatay hain. 

  Khanay main fried cheesain aur ziada oil wala salan aur her kisam ka aisa khana jis main ziada chiknai hoti hay band ker dain.  meetha khana bhi taqreeban band hi ker dain, aur coke pepsi ya koi bhi soft drink na piain.  khanay main gosht kam aur sabzi ziada khain, aur slaad zaroor her roze lunch main lain.  Aik mahina ker kay daikhain, aap hood hi mahsoos kerlain gay kay aap ka weight kam na bhi houa ho, aap ka pait zaroor 2,3 inch kam ho jay ga.  Main gaurntee daiti houn

use hot water

aoa. i know this is big problem. i have faced this one. after my coming here in china, i have reduced belly in less then two month with out any care.

actually when i come here, i start to use hot water. in china every person drink hot water. i think is is more better, specially when we eat meal and drink cold water, our food become difficlut to digest. oil and cold water are main cause, in this way we get more fat. if u use hot water this problem is reduced. please u try to start hot water. i also say to all of my brother and sisters to use this hot water in routine life. it also save all of u from other many problems, like throat pains.

regads and pray for me. i hope if u people follow u will get good results.
