Weight Gain: Suggest Exercise Or Diet For Weight Gain


Dr. Khan I would be pleased if you would answer this. Actually I am 17years old and I weight 55kg. First I would like you to let me know if it is ok with my age. Secondly, it would be so nice of you, if you could suggest me an exercise to make me healthier and some diet as well.

Want to gain weight!! ME too


Arey "me" sahib abhi aap ki umar 17yrs aur weight 55 kg hey aur aap itney pareshan ho! Tension met lo bhai abhi to bahut umer pari hey weight bananey main, meri sun lo!!  I am 27 years old and you know what my weight is??? Can u believe !! my weight is 50kg only.......

Chalo main bhi apni gusarish aap key ssath is forum main shamil ker leta hoon, so Dr. Sahib! plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz  mujhey aur Mr 'me' ko whight gain kerney keliye koi nuskha , diet and medicine bata dian. Mujhey maloom hey aap yehi likheain gey ke aap ziada se ziada khao, potato khao, banana khoa etc etc etc, magar i tell you main ney sub kuch kia hey magar koi faraq nahi para, main gym bhi jata hoon aur ziada sey ziada khaney ki koshish bhi kerta hoon. App ye batain ke main aapna intake of food kis tarha increase karoon becoause i realise that mera intake of food is limited and is set as a standard ie  one roti or one and a half some times.

So plz plz hum dono brothers ko koi acha se mashwara dey dain.

Height and weight

weight ka taluq height se hota hai. ap ki height maloom hone ke bad hi bataya ja sakta hai keh ap ka weight normal hai keh nahi.

Kali Zuban Sahib, Meri Hieght 5 feet and 8 inches hey.  'Me' sahib to khud hi jawab dain gey.

Anyhow main ye bhi poochna chahta hoon ke main physically slim hoon aur weight bhi kam hey to kia main sexually( Jinsi taur per) bhi weak honga. Kia main shadi key baad apni life partner ko satisfy ker sakoon ga ya nahi? Mujhey ye khiyal ander ander hi pareshan kerta rehta hey.

weight gain

For weight gain, try to eat nutritious food (not too much food) quantity of food is not important at all, its the quality of food that improves the health.

  • eat balanced food like milk, fruits, butter, cheese, eggs, potatoes, banana, dry fruits and meat.
  • take vegetables also, they are good for health.
  • donot take any medicine for increase in weight.
  • do regular exercise.

Despite of the above said things, keep in mind that weight is related to the overall body structure and the heredity charcteristics also, so, if it is in ur family then its difficult for u to gain weight, but not impossible.

weight is not related to sexual health, if ur general health is good, then there would be no problem in ur sexual life also.
