Weight Gain: Suggest Some Exercise Or Diet


Sir my Age is 20 and i had made many hand Practices in my Life ..........

too imagine that i am strong or not only for this.

i want too l eave this habit and is there not any problem till now.


i am perfect or not and my health is not healthy my height is 6 ft and weight 60kg.

what i do too increase my weight and maintain my health

u shuold take proper rest, balanced diet and little bit of exercise. add meat, veggies, dry fruits, fruits, butter, cheese, eggs and potatoes+ bananas in ur diet and don't eat junk food.It only destroys the health.

Agreed with Dr. Khan. Also, Keep a watch on what you eat, and make sure its nutritious.

TO Gain weight add more carbohydrates in your diet. Carbohydrates come from a wide array of foods - bread, beans, milk, popcorn, potatoes, cookies, spaghetti, corn, and cherry pie. baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, dry futis, banana, grapes, pine apple and dairy products Milk. They also come in a variety of forms. The most common and abundant are sugars, fibers, and starches.

First of all be sure that hand practice is totally a harmless activity. Therefore, you need to get rid of this misconception first that this habit has ruined your health. However, still your weight is not appropriate according to your height. Now there could be significant reasons of your less weight or could not be. Better approach is that you should increase your diet, take eggs, fish, meat, chicken, potatoes, juices and healthy meals as much as possible, but don’t take more fats since they may increase cholesterol level. Live a happy and contented life and relax yourself. If your weight problem is related to your family history then nothing is required to do with that.

If your weight declines further, then consult a doctor for your complete medical exam and necessary investigations.
