 Halala: What Does Islam Say???
Dear friends! mai ne ek book mai parha hai ke halala karne aur karwane wala dono gunah-e-kabeera ke murtakib hote hain, Is it true? Talaq to ALLAH ke nazdeek bohot hi bura amal hai, to kiya HALALA bhi na-pasandeeda amal hai? comment with correct religious knowledge.

 Yaar jeee listen...
I have also had a belief that after 3 divorce ,a women is not Hallaal untill halala is done...but some days before on TV ,I was listening DR Zakir Nayk that halal is not necessary ...mean after 3 divorce a women can go back to her Husband just after doing Nikha again..I got shoked & confused as well...
Pls advise what is correct ??? |

halala Halala is fake if any of them is having in their mind to depart after some period, and there is talaq after threee times. |

According to the following ayat in holy quran Halal is a Great gunah kabeera
"So if a husband divorces his wife (for a third time), he cannot, after
that remarry her until after she has married another husband and he has
divorced her. In that case, there is no blame on either of them if they
re-unite, provided they can keep the limits ordained by Allah. Such are
the limits ordained by Allah which He makes plain to those who know”.
(2:230).
In brief 3 times talaak k baad aurat apne x shohar say dobara shaadi nahi karsati jab tak k wo iddat k baad kisi dosray mard say shaadi kar k aur us k saat mubashirat karne k baad talaak nahi leliti.............Otherwise its haram obviously

yaar jee THANKS yaar loogo,ya tu main bhee manta hoon kay 3 talak kay baad no relation...but I am still astonished that why dr zakir nayak ( i think he is good scholor)was saying like that kay no haalaal is nessary for to nikha again..what is all about ,shall we take his advise against Islaam? thanks again yaar loogoo |

Aik dafa aik admi talaq day beetha aur wo aur us ki bewi dobara milna chahtay thay dobara lakyin without halala(the sense I have explained above). Is kay liyeh wo adami har aik firqa kay molvi kay pass gaya, aur sab nay yehi jawab dia. phir wo aik aur molvi kay pass gaya us ko apna masla bataya aur kaha keh wo ab dobara rajhoo karna chahta hai. Un molvi sahib nay kaha keh pehlay 2,3 Qalma sunao, namaz sunao? pata chala keh us ko yehi poori nahi aati thien. Unhoon nay kaha keh jao tumhara nikha nahi toota. jo bhi poochay kehna keh main nay fatwa dia hai. tum ko dobara nikha karnay ki bi zaroorat nahi hai. wo bara khush hwa. Molvi sahib nay kaha keh tum ko to bunyadi batain hi nahi aatien to tum kahan iddat aur halalay kai baton tak ja pahonchay aur un main phansay hway ho, pehlay wo to thek karoooo......phir talaq kay masloon tak aana.

Halala Jo log yah kah rahai hain ka HALALA kuch nahi hai to woh meri aik bat ka plz jawab dain.
Phir kiya hosakta hai agar HALALA nahi hai to. Agar ham yah kahainga ka koi restriction nahi hai mard aurat dubara shadi karlain to eska matlab to yah hoga ka har rooz husband apni wife ko talaq daiga phir jab usko khayal aiga ka usna ghalat kara to woh phir ussai sai dubara nikkah karlaiga. Aisa nahi hai.
HALALA nahi hai to phir kiya hai. Waiting for all members reply. |

Is tara kay halala main fareeq sar-az sar ghunna kay murtaqib hain, keh wo kuch dheer kay liyeh shadi karna chahtay hain, aur kuch dheer aik din aur aik rat bhi ho sakti hai........jope u got the point. :) |

Agar talaq kay bad larki apni marzi say dosari shadi karay aur shadi kay waqt us ki marzi ho keh wo panay nayeee khawand kay sath apni poori zindi ghuzray ghi. phir kaheeen agar koi masla ho jai (nayee khawand ki death, ya koi aur bat) aur talaq ho jai. Phir dobara shadi karay apnay pehlay khawand say to yeh asal halala hai aur is main koi ghuna nahi...........now elaborated. :) |

 Halala is neither Haram nor Gunnah-e-Kaabirah
Halala kiya hai ??? pehley yah baat tou samajh lein phir Haram / Halal ki baat aatey hai aur Gunah-e-Kabeera
ki , yahan logo ko yahi nahi pata kah actually ma Halala hai kiya or
bilah wajah bina kuch soochey samjhey kah diya k yah Gunnah-e-Kabirah
hai .......... Not so Good.
What is Halala .... ?
Halala ko explain karney k liyah pora eak scenario likhna pardey ga:
Shadi se pehley Husband Wife eak dosrey k liyah Haram hotey hain , Jab
Husband Wife shadi kartey hain tou donon eak dosrey k liyah Halal ho
jatey hain , agree.
Lekin jab Husband Wife ko divorce dey deta hai or Divorce ho jatey hai
according to Shari'ah, then Husband and Wife phir se eak dosrey k liyah
Zindagi bhar k liyah Haram ho jatey hain , Lekin eak condition aaisey
hai jab yah donon phir se eak dosrey k liyah Halal ho saktey hain woh condition yah hai:
Wife kisi dosrey shaks se shadi karley
after divorce or phir woh 2nd Husband ki wife ban jaey , aur phir yah
donon Normal Husband Wife hoongee aur Sexual-Relationship bhi qaem
karein gaey jo kah Husband/Wife k haq hai , phri agar kisi wajah se
donon k darmiyaan divorce ho jatey hai or Wife 2nd Husband per haram ho
jatey hai , tab aaisey sorat ma 1st Husband dobara apni Wife se shadi
kar sakhtah hai .... Means jo Aurat(Wife) after divorec u k liyah
zindagi bhar k liyah Haram ho gaey thee woh iss condition k through
dobara Nikkah kar k Halal ho jaey gee ....
Iss porey Scenario ko hi Halala
kahtey hain , matlab 1st Husband se talaq and 2nd Husband se shadi or
phir 2nd Husband se talaq then again 1st Husband se shadi is called
Halala
Sharaey Maslah :
Halala ko app loog iss liyah Haram / Gunnah-e-Kabirah kah rahein
hain kyun kah molviyoun ko khudh iss k barey ma sahi nahi pata hai.
Maslah yah hai kah jab Wife ki 1st Husband se divorce ho jatey hain tou
phir baad ma donon pachtatey hain or dobara se Shadi karne k soochtey
hain jo eak hi condition ma ho sakhtey hain kah kisi dosrey 2nd husband
se shadi phir talaq .....
Husband & Wife eak dosrey se dobara shadi karney k liyah eak aaisa
shaks dhoontey hain jo uss ki Divorced Wife se shadi kar k agley din hi
talaaq daey dey ......... Aur yahi cheez Islam ma haram hai ok.
Wife agar iss intention se 2nd Husband se shadi kare kah woh muajhey 1
din baad divorce daey dey or phri ma dobara 1st Husband ki wife ban
jaoon tou yah kaam Haram hai.
Wife ki intention 2nd Marriage k waqt yah nahi honi chahiyah kah woh
divorce laey kar 1st husband se shadi karey gee....Wife ki intention
saach much 2nd marriage ki hoo aur 2nd husband ki bhi yahi intention
aur donon Sexual-Relationship bhi qaaim karien gaey ....... Aur phir
agar kisi baat per donon ma talaaq ho jaey jo kah buhat hi rare case ma
hota hai tab ja kar Wife apne 1st Husband se shadi kar sakhtey hai
dobara.

I hope abb sab members ko Halala samajh agayah hoga , Aur yah bhi
samajh agaya hoga kah yah kaisey condition ma Halal hai or kaisey
condition ma Haram.
