 Divorce: What Does Islam Says?
Maira swal yah hay kay kia aik hi waqt main gussa main di gai 3 talaq, jo kay foran hi aik hi saans main kahi gai houn, 1 shumaar ho gi yah kay 3 shumaar hoon gi. Bohat say aalim iss baat kay haq main hain kay iss ko sirf aik talaaq hi ginna jata hay. I specially request Seriously, Mnadeem and Beautystar and all others to discuss this in the light of Islam.

Miss Pinky Jee i am not ALAMAY DEEN.But i have little knowledge of Islam.And i hope if i did any mistake on this sensitive topic ALLAH will forgive me . This Talak will be count one time.And for Talak this thing is stipulated that women spend 3 month menses period and during this period man did not contact with women this 3 menses period then Talak will appear or impose on this women. Waiting for your possitive reply and comments . Thanks

When the Prophet asked him...............How did you divorce your wife? .....................Rukanah replied that he had pronounced three divorces. The Prophet asked,.................... Did you pronounce it in one sitting? ...............When he said " Yes".................the Noble Prophet said, Treat it as one divorce only and if you want you can take your wife back................. And Rukanah took his wife back......"

meri naqis raye kai mutabiq (jo main nai ab tak mukhtalif books aur discussions sai hasil ki hai), talaq ka lafz chahay aik sitting main ya phir multiple sitting main agar 3 dafa apni bivi kai liye use kar lia tu talaq ho jatee hai. agar aik hi saans main talaq dai di hai 3 baar tu bhi talaq ho jaye gi
baqi yeh kehna kai gussay main talaq nahin hotee, tu janab isi liye tu gussay sai bachnay ka hukam dia gaya hai aur ususally koi khushi khushi sai tu talaq daita nahin hai (not talking about western culture or other religion), mostly hamaray cultre main yeh gussay main hi di jatee hai aur jab gussa thanda hota hai tu tareeqay find kiye jatay hain kai kisi tarah yeh aik talaq ban jaye ya phir koi halala ki tarkeeb nikal aye.
Regarding the reference given about masnad Ahmed ibn hanbl, even if its correct, if you belong to the hunbli maslak, then you can follow it. But if you follow other maslaks like hanfi then you follow the rules described by imam abu hanifa and related schools of thought.
ab aap kahain gai kai islam tu aik hi hai phir yeh kia sab kai islam different hain, tu janab islam tu aik hi hai laikin har scholar nai apni sincerity kai mutabiq islam kai usoolon ko samjha aur phir us kai clauses banaye hain. aap jis maslak sai belong kartay hain tu aap us kai sab clauses ko follow karain gai na kai koi aik. jab aap sab ko follow karain gai tu tab aap ko pata ho ga kai aap kia cheez galat kar rahay hain aur kia sahee (is tarah keh lain kai har aik main kuch sakht aur easy rules hain but different).
at present i dont have any reference before me aur may be find bhi na kar paon, laikin i believe talaq ka lafz life main jitnee dafa use kar lia aik wife kai liye utnee talaq ho jatee hain. aik saath 3 dafa use kar lia tu 3 ho gayeen.
agar aik baar use kia aur phir contact kar lia tu sirf 2 ki gunjaish reh gaee.

Main mazirat chahta hon kay main apni baat mukammal nahi kar saka (due to some problem in net) , is liyain yahan continue kar raha hon ,
agar app hanbali ya hannafi maslik say belong kartay ho tou upper wali refernce app kay liyain hain
likin aar app shia , sunni , shafi'i madhhab , maliki madahhab say belong kartay ho tou 1wakt main 3 talakon ko 3 talak hi mana jata hai .....
tou ye app par depend karta hai kay app kis maslik say belong kartay ho .....................main nay upper jo refernce is liyain tafseel say diya kyun k main samjha kay pinkey app hanbali mazhab say belong kartay ho ................warna shia sunni main tou ye baat clear hai kay 3 talakain 1 wakt main 3 talakain hi count hoti hain......................
(wesay upper bataye hoye baton main ghalti ki gunjaiisssh nahi magar agar kuch ghalat bol diya ho tou us ko sahi kar diya jaye)

jo muje pata hai uskay mutabik ye hai k...
3 talak ka matlab 3 chance, , aik time mai koi mard 1,2,3 ya 100 bar bi kehta hai to wo 1 talak hogi,,, ab 1 chance khatam ho gaya , ab us couple k pas 2 mazeed chance hain,, phir 1 mahina aik dosray say halaat behtar karnay ki koshish karain, agar 1 mahinay baad bi understanding nahi hoti or phir husband 1 talak day deta hai (chahay wo 10 bar kahay) to 2nd chance bi gaya, ab phir couple k pas 1 mahina hai, is doraan wo aik dosray say rajooh karain, understanding , compromise ho jaey to bohat achi bat hai or agar mahiney baad bi husband teesri talak day day to phir khatam..
Divorce k baad wo orat jo cheez ley jana chahe usay lay janay dain or usay nuksan nai pohnchana chahiye or na hi usay gali galoch karni chahiye or na uska furniture ya bartano ki tor-phhorr karni chahiye...
divorse ghussay mai hi hoti hai,, pyar k doran to koi kisi ko divorce nai deta.. ab aisa to ho nai sakta k husband n wife ice-cream khanay gaey hon or romantic batain karnay k bad husband kahay k i divorce you... ye to koi khatarnaak jhagra ho to phir hi divorce di jati hai....
