aap ke masla ka hal tu koi gynecologist hi ker sakti hai. woh aap ka detail muaina kerne ke baad bleeding ki asal wajah maloom kare gi. asal wajah maloom ho jaye tu na sirf os ka ilaj mumkin hai balkeh ainda miscarriage ko roka bhi ja sakta hai. aap ko mashwarah hai keh aap kisi achchi gynecologist se jald se jald consult kare.

Calming morning sickness

•Keep simple snacks such as crackers next to your bed and eat a few to settle your stomach before getting up.
• Try protein-rich snacks (lean meat, nonfat yogurt).
• Eat small, frequent meals and snacks throughout the day so your stomach is never empty.
• Avoid fatty, spicy, and acidic foods and those whose smell triggers your nausea.

intercourse during pregnancy always carry some dangers (whether done in any month) esp. it should be avoided during the first 3months and 8th month. In the rest of the months, do intercourse gently, not very frequent, and with great care.

Esp: aabi, u have a tragic experience in the last pregnancy so its very very essential for both of u to control ur sexual desires (for the sake of ur baby's well being), and i would recommand u not to listen to anybody's suggestion and directly ask the gynecologist about intercourse (permitted in ur case or not) u can ask this question to her and then tell u b/c there are some cases where u prefer and suggest the couple to avoid intercourse for the whole span of pregnancy.I know its very difficult but its in the favor of the mother and baby.

so, its better to consult ur gynecologist and then follow whatever she says.

so in short

  • its better to avoid sexual intercourse during the first trimester(as she had a previous abortion)
  • consult ur gynecologist and ask her the probable reasons for previous abortion
  • be happy and not to do heavy work.
  • take rest for half hour then perform the household work for one hour then again half hour rest, do work in small portions.
  • there is no harm of foreplay but avoid it b/c having foreplay will stimulate both of u and there are chances that u people will go for intercourse.
  • i know the above points are a bit difficult to follow but do it in ur baby's favor.
