Bank And Banking: Is It Haram In Islam

Quran aur Hadeth ke mutabiq Sood Haram hai. Bank aur Banking mai lafz Interest ka urdu translation bhi Sood hai.

sawal yeh hai keh kia aaj se 1400 saal qabal Hazoor (PBUH) ke zamanay mai Bank aur Banking thi. agar Bank aur Banking nahi thi tu phir os zamane mai iss ka naim-ul-badal kia tha?

aaj se 1400 saal qabal Hazoor (PBUH) ke zamanay mai Sood ka kia matlab tha, kia mojooda zamanay ke bank aur banking mai jo lafz Iterest istemal hota hai woh aaj se 1400 saal qabal wale lafz Sood se milta hai.

agar Bank aur Banking wala Interest bhi 1400 saal qabal wala Sood jaisa hai tu phir aaj tamam Islami mamalik mai Bank aur Banking kio hai? musalmano ka tamam kam Bank ke zaria kio ho raha hai, masjid ki raqam Bank mai kio rakhi jaati hai, log House bulding loan kio lete hai? business man bank se loan kio lete hai? school college madrasa aur darul aloom ki fee Bank mai kio jama hoti hai? hamara har kaam Bank ke zaria hota hai, agar Bank aur Banking haram hai tu phir hamara har kaam Bank ke zaria kio hota hai.

agar ham Bank aur Banking khatam ker de tu hamara kaam kaise chale ga? business man ko raqam kon de ga? house buliding loan nahi hoga tu makan kaise taameer hoga? masjid, madrasa, darlualoom, school, college aur universities ke fee kaha jama karai jaaye gi.

Haqeeqat yeh hai keh aaj se 1400 saal qabal na Bank tha aur na hi Banking. lehaza os zamane mai jis harkat ko Sood kaha gaya os ka taluq mojooda Bank aur Banking se nahi hai. lehaza Bank aur Banking Haram nahi hai. aur na hi Bank mai paisa rakh ker dunia bhar ke musalman Haram kaam ker rahe hai.

'bank' ka bunyaadi /asal kaam... logouN k paisay lay kar onhaiN fixed rate /muddat k hissab say monafaa k saath wapis lautanaa aur vice versa hai.... yeh kaam qabl azeeN "adaaray" nahi balkay "afraad" kia kartay thay.... indo pak main aj bhi sood.khor saahoo.kaar paa.ay jatay hain jo logouN ko odhaar paisay dekar sood k saath wapis letay hain..........1400 saal qabal bhi nabi kareem saw k zamanay main yehi kaam afraad kia kartay thay...jab sood /riba ko haraam qarar dia gaya to nabi kareem saw nay sab say pahlay apnay khaan.daan (k kuch afraad() k due sood maaf kardiyeh thay.

latest 'banking' ka aghaaz bhi issi wahid-kaam say howaa. yeh logoun k paisay apnay pass jamaa karkay onhain mionaa.faa /sood dia karti aur logouN ko odhaar day kar sood k saath...bil.iqsaat wapis lia karti thee /hai.... iss tarah bank k pass jo "raqam deposit" hoti oss say woh koi bara karobaar /tijaarat karti.... jo indivuisual afraad apni choTi choTi raqam say nahi karsaktay.

chouNkay iss qism k lain dain maiN paisaa denay walaa (fard /adarah) hamesha fixed-monafaa letaa hai aur oski raqam say jo business kia jata hai oss business k RISK maiN woh shamil nahi hotaa, lehaza Islam k nazdeeq yeh HARAM hai............ yani raqam investment k liyeh kissi ko dekar, har haal maiN fixed monafa/ sood/ riba/ interest k saath raqam wapis lena islam maiN allowed nahi.... aur iss tarah invested raqam say zayad raqam lena HARAM hai

 agar iss tarah k lain dain maiN invester apni raqam par fixed monafah lenay ki bajaa.ay ... mojawwazah business k prophet /loss maiN hissah daar banay, kissi bhi rate say to iss tarah ki investment bhi jaiz hai aur iss par milnay wala non-fixed %age monafah bhi halaal............ yeh kaam khaah 2 afraad baham karaiN yaa kissi banking k zariyeh...rule dounouN maiN same haiN.

chouNkay maujoodah jadeed banking system non-muslim ki "ejaad" hai. lehaza onkay nazdeeq islamic halal /haram ka koi concept nah thaa....... maujoodah sarmaya daari nizaam maiN investor ko moqararh muddat /amount k hisaab say tay shuudah fixed monafah dia /lia jata hai......... ibtedaa main deen.daar gharanay bank say mokammal ijtenaab kia kartay thay........ tab waisay bhi 100% log banking maiN involved nah thay, nah iski zaroorat thee....log apnay apnay gharouN maiN bhi raqam mahfooz rakha kartay thay...zameen main dafan karkay /chopaa kar bhi issay mahfooz kia kartay thay...tab paisaa paper-note ki soorat main nahi howaa karta thaa...

jab banking system hamari zindagi k har shobay main dakhil hogaya...rupee ki jagah kaaghezi-note aa gaye, gharoun main note rakhna ghair mahfooz hogayaa to majbooran muslims nay bhi banking ko use karna shooroo kardia..... magar yeh jaantay howay k banking say milnay wala /onhain dia janay wala monafah /interest sood /riba hai jo islam main HARAM hai.

ummatay nay kabhi bhi riba /sood /banking interest ko HALAL qarar nahi dia..... last few haalia decades maiN banking ko "islamisation" karnay ki koshishaiN ki jati rahi haiN.... yani "fixed profit" ko "profit n loss" main convert kia jaraha hai....... abhi tak yeh amal jaari hai........ banking sector k kuch portions, kuch ulema ki nazar main HALAL hochukay haiN, kuch k nazdeeq nahi howay... insha Allah woh waqt door nahi jab "mokammal islami banking" bhi muttafiqah taur par wajod maiN aa jayegi... lekin yeh tadreeji amal hai...issliyeh k kissi bhi "muslim mulk" maiN taa haal "mokammal islami nizaam" nafiz nahi

pahlay chouNkay banking ka wahid kaam sood par paisay lena /dena thaa.... lehaza tab banking mokammal taur par haraam thee... iss maian job karna bhi haraam thaa iss liyeh k job karnay walay bhi asal maiN soodi hisaab kitaab hi kia kartay thay............ ab jabkay banking maiN sood k lain dain k elawah bhi deger bahooot say kaam horahay hain like raqoom ki transaction from one person /adarah /area to another person/adarah/area... gharoun main chori k dar say bank main raqam jama karnaa.... gharoun main paper note k kharaab honay ka zeyadah chance hota hai...bank main nahi hota.... utility bills banks branches k zariyah easily collect hota hai etc etc......... lehaza ab "banking" bazatay khud haraam nahi.......... albattah ab bhi investment par bank say milnay walaa /bank ko dia jaanay walaa fixed izaafi raqam sood /riba hi hai, lehaza ab bhi yeh haraam hai

lekin agar koi bank iss "banking monafah" ko transparent taur par "profit n loss" main iss tarah convert karlay k ulemaa oss say muttafuiq hojayain to yeh izafi monafah ka lain dain bhi HALAL hogaa.... magar iss main khasaray ka RISK bhi har waqt maujood rahegaa... jiskay account holder (khaah muslims hi kiyouN nah houN) abhi aadi nahi hain....... jab hum issay accept karlengay to 100% banking systen HALAL hojayega

halaal /haraam

1. agar kissi adaray main major business HARAM hota ho to wahaan har qism ka kaam haraam hogaa....... jaisay kissi sharaab khaanay maiN major business sharaab ki khareed /farokht /serving hoti hai jo haraam hai......... lehaza kissi bhi sharaab khaanay maiN deger halaal kaam like chowkidaari, electrician etc bhi haraam hojatay haiN

2. agar kissi adaray main major business haraam nahi .... like a restaurant /hotel jahaaN qayaam o ta'aam ka business major hai... iss main sharab ki faraahmi aik minor haram kaam hai (agar hai to)... lehaza aisay restaurant /hotel maiN halal job karna halaal hai...albattah yahaaN bhi haram-job like wyne ki serving /supply etc haraam hi hogi.

3. pahlay banking ka major job sood ka lain dain aur soodi raqam /business ka hissab kitaab thaa...lehaza tab bank main halaal job bhi haraam thee like chowkidari, peon, maintenance technicians /engnrs etc etc................ lekin ab banking main total jobs k moqaablay maiN sood ka lain dain / sood ka hisaab kitaab aik minor kaam hai (agar kissi bank main yeh minor kaam ho to) ab bank main halaal kaam karnaa jaaiz hogaa....... sirf sood ka lain dain wala portion aur oskay hisaab kitaab wala kaam haraam hogaa k sood ka hissab kitaab karnay wala kaam bhi islam main haraam hai, sood lenay denay ki tarah)
