hello to all mera weight 57kg hai or height 5feet or2inch hai main apna weight 7kg kam krna chahti hun kindly mjhy proper diet chart chaheye aik ya do month ka plz fitness expert mjhy zaroor guide karen or mere belly thora sa bahir agya hai zyada bethny ki wja se pehly main bilkul smart thi bt ab thori fat lagti hun plz ap mjy zaroor guide karen or chart b den fitness expert i m waiting for ur rply

Tips to reduce body weight

  •  Meah uksur Kehta hon body weight reduce kurna ek slow process hay or woh log he essy reduce kur sukty hen jo junoon ki hud tuk Yeh shoq or eraada rukhty hen kay ono nay apna body weight reduce kurna hay apni proper dieting say or Healthy life style apnaa kur,

  • body weight reduce kurna koi problem nahi lakin body weight ko ek point pur maintain rukhna tuff kam hay, apko fats , meat, oily meals say avoid kurna hoga, or exercise kurni hogi or active rehna hoga,

  • apko chayeh kay vegitables use kurin, fresh juices ka use kurin, Green tea with lemon, Milk tea na peyeh, esky sath sath kum khana khain payt bhur kur na khain, belly size burny ki wajaa ziyada Oily foods say hota hay or ziyada bathy rehny say hota hay, Tuli hoi Chezain na khain, bazari khany etc,

  • Jub bhook lugy tu Gajur yaa kheera khaa lain or teen time ka jo ap khana khati hen woh adaah kur dain, breakfast acha kurin lunch or dinner hulka kurin, exercise regular kurin,

hi norus..........!!!! aap ki height 5'2 hy aur aap ka weight 57kg hy.... yai kuch zaida hy.........aap ko kam se kam 8 to 10 kg weight kam karna chaiye.......weight kam karna koi bara misla nahi hy ........... bus aap ko patience k sath apni diet control karna ho gi aur un baato pa amal karna ho ga...

1. running.......daily(up to 30mint in the morning before breakfast)
2. is k baad breakfast mai aap 2 eggs with a big cup of green tea( without sugar) lain gi is tarha k 1 egg pura khana hy aur 2nd ka sirf white part
khana hy.
3. din k khana mai aur raat k khana mai 1 roti se zaida nahi khana.
4. agar bech mai bhook laga to koi fruit, dry fruit kha sakty hain lakin eik din
mai 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 mango se zaida nahi... aur na hi eik din mai sary
fruits koi eik bus.(matlab koi bhi fruit kha sakti hain lakin eik)
5. raat ko suna se pehla green tea peni hy........waisy aap din mai bhi green
tea pee sakti hain lain without sugar.
6. is k sath sath aap ko is baat ka kyl rakhna hy k aap ko bhooka nahi rehna
hy mtlb kuch na kuch khana zaror hy jab bhook laga....na hi khana escape
karna hy....
7. aap ko apni diet mai protein k use zaida karna hy, jaisy chicken, fish, eggs
milk.
8. is k sath sath koi gym joint karna hy aur week mai kam se kam 5 day
workout karna hy for 1 hour daily.

is pa amal karna aap ka weight bhi kam ho jaye ga aur ap khud ba-khud shape mai bhi aa jaye gi..

ap ki height 5'2" yani 62 inches hai

aik khas asool k hisab se females ka wazan 1st 50 inches main 1 kg per inch aur baad k her inch per 450 garam hona chahyay

us hisab se ap ki height aur weight main koi khas problem nhn yani 3 kgs extra hai

ab asal bat yeh hai k yeh seight hai kahan?

ager to figured weight hai to no problem yani ap smart hain lakin ager yeh weight belly n hips ya thighs n shoulders main hai to ap ko special werzish ki zaruret hai

meray hisab se ap k weight k hisab se ap ka figure

32c/28ya 30/ 34 hona chahya

ager is se ziyadah middle main hai yani 28 ya 30 wala 30 ya 34 tak hai to ap ko fikermand hona wajib hai

C is cup size ya breast size yeh dono size mil ker bra ka size bantay hain lakin mostly females bs 32 ya 34 ya 36 se hi samajhty hain isi liyay breast ki shape n style kharab ho jati hai

yeh waste ka size hai yani kamer ka yeh naf se hota hai around
