Assalam u alaikum
Friends this post maybe out of the category but somewhat of its portion is related to Sports and health
I am studying it and practicing Martial arts but my health keeps on dropping as told by my friends and family members
Plz could any one of you tell me the diet for Martial arts
Plz provide me with the sufficient diet plan
I have tried alot and cotacted alot people but nothing is helping

good for health

if u can playing footbaal then you feel a relaxtion......because it is the only game who make a healthy its game when your running.....your running stamina goog and give a sensible neurons in the body.....because footbaal game have a two major rules.....1st fast thinking 2nd fast running.....therefore u like to play this game and use a healthy things like fruits and vegitable for growing body mucles and fitness....these few thongs make a batter health.....thanku
