saheb pain killers jitni kam use krne utna acha hota ha ..........ap ko pain hoti ha to ap thori si ajwain, egg,coconut ya gur kha lia karo .in say kafi relief milta ha .......pain killers ya koi bhi medicine avoid hi kren to behter hota ha .....aur sojan ka mujhay nahi pata.......may be normal ho may be na ho ap kisi Dr say discuss kar len aik bar

Swelling And Menses: Aap jis soojan ( swelling) ke baat kar rahay hain woh generally menses say aik week pehla start hoti hai. Iski main reason water retention ( body mein excess fluids accumulate hona ) hai. Yeh koi aisi pareshaani kee baat nahin. Menses say kuch din pehla salt isteemal karna kam kar daina say yeh problem kisi had tak kam ho jaati hai. Iska illawa kuch vitamins (vitamin B, Vitamin E) bhee iss problem kay liya useful hota hain. |

baby mene ye bhi pochna tha k mensis mein bohot pain k doraan jism mein thori c grmaish feel hona is this nomal or not and baby ki pedaish k kitne arse baad b.v se sex kr skte hein |
