mera next mahene man comnd traning shoro ho raha he jabki usman push up, runing , etc.. stamna ki boht zarorat hote he. jabki mera stama boht kam he.. is man har roz takreban 26 K.m tak rning hota he. to aap dosto se  ye iltimas he aya man is aik mahene man aisa kuch kar sakta ho ke apna stamna barhawo. ya nahe.. ager kar sakhta ho. to kese..

How to increse your raning stamna!

mere bhai ap ko preshan hone ki koi zarorat nai he. Ap apni runing timing barhao . Jese phle agar 15 mint runing kar sakte ho to or 5 mint barhao 20 min runing kar sake ho to or time do runing ko . Agar ks ke ilawa koi or problam he to reply kro.

stamina 4 cheezon se barta hai,running,walking,cycling,swimming,agar aap ke paas time hai tu koshish karein kai rozana subha 1 hour jogging karein,ya phir 2 ghantey swimming,ya phir shaam kai time 2 ghantey cycling bhi ki jasakti hai
lakin jo meray khayaal se aap kai liye behtar hai wo marathon walking hai,aap baghair kisi jaan kai lagaey i mean baghair kisi acceleration kai constant speed se running karein jitni dair ho skay,jitna dair mai aap thuk jaein usey record karein,jitni ziada dair hogi itna stamina barai ga......

increase krny k liye sub sy zroori hai k smooking na ki jaye or running k baad 15 minutes tk pani ya mashroob na liya jaye taa k body ko is cheez ki adat ho and with in 2 or 3 weeks stamina behtarr ho jaega
