Help For Martial Arts Stretching

 Asslam-o-allaikum Meri problem ye hai ke main martial arts seekh raha hon martial arts ka taekwondo style jis kelye mujhe apni legs aur jism ke kuch aur hison ko stretch karne ki zarorat hai main chahta hon ke mere jism mein flexibility aa jaae kya koi help Kar sakta meri main jab bhi apne paairon ko haathon se choona chahta hon bilkul fit ho ke Magar bahut pain hoti hai kya koi tareeqa hai jis se pain Kam ho stretching kelye Main pehlI baar is forum per help maang raha hon please help kijye ga Khuda Hafiz

Martial arts seekhna acha hai.

Stretching: Pani khoob pina chahye. Stretching se pehlay warm-up ke lye running, treadmill waghera ka istemal karain. Isi tarah exercise ke baad cool down ka bhi ehtimam karain.

Body mein namkiyat ki kami bhi ho sakti hai. Iske lye ORS ka istemal kar saktay hain. Wese trainer ne diet chart bhi bana kar dia hoga.
