Good evening brother. Mujhe khushi hui apko acha lagraha hy ab o ap or strong ho jaogey bohat jaldi. Mai dua karungi. Bas himmat nahi chorhni. Zindgi ka test horaha hy isko pass karo ache marks sey. Bilkul sahi kaha sabki apni age hoti hy waqt hota hy settle honey ka. Jaldi na kareyn stability ko talaash kareyn job me bhi or life me bhi by being a bit stubborn. Dheet ho jao zara sa. Duniya me jeeney me asaani hogi :P Kehta hy koi kehta rahey. Har cheez ko sochney baith jayengey to khush kab hongey. Volunteer bhi kar saktey ho brother. Or bahar us waqt jao jab apko safe lagey. Kahin unsafe na hojana itni subah bahar jakey. Early morning ya late night nahi. Buzurgon ke sath kam karo bohat khushi milti hy. Old age home koi ho ya as pas koi hon jo madad le saktey hon. Akhrat sanwar lo :) Jo ladtey hen unko ladney do akeley.

sister meri eye sight bilkul theek hai aur muje head ache 4 year se hai head k beech mai dard hota hai aur shadeed aur pichle week se meri halat khabar hai depression wapis agaya hai puri raat nend ni atee subha ko b mushkil se 2 ghantey ati hai bs sara din fear aur mayoosi mai guzar jata hai in hi prob ki waja se kch kar ni pa rha tuition dena start kiya thaa k bs had se ziada dar ki waja se ni de paya ab muje samaj mai hi ni araha kya karu psychiatrist k pas ja ni sakta because of financial prob i am still waiting to get job umeed har chuka hu q k jab mai pehle major depression clinical depression ka shikar tha jo k mushkil se manage hua thaa ab dubara hogaya hai jeena haram hogaya hai

Jo ke 6 August ko peak pe ponhchi. 6 August ke baad discussion main lapse aya (one week since now) aur mujhe lagta hai aapke depression ko isi cheez ne trigger kia. Aapko laga jesay sahara duur ja raha hai. Ya phir aapko aisa laga ke @dr.anne ne bhi aapko wesay he chor dia jesay aur bohot saray loagon ne chora.

ap ne jo hospital bataya thaa wo mujse bht door hai maine ek bht barai psychologist ka pata lagaya hai par un k pass b tb hi jana hoga jb financial condition sahi hojaye dua karen mere liye

mene breathing aur bht si exercise shuru ki hai

Okay theek hy acha kiya caffiene kam kardi hy. Green tea din me ek cup do leaves ke sath bas. Is se zyadah na piyen. Bilkul khali pet na piyen.Breathing and walking and while walking you have to do two things-

if it a safe area you have to take a break and then do bird watching
take photographs

After coming home, you have to see those photographs and think that these birds do not know from where they will be attacked and when or if they will get food to eat or not. Agar yeh bina dar ke or bina mayoosi ke jee saktey hen to ham kyu itni fir kartey hen?Smile be chirpy like these birds.


Apko burey thoughts a rahey hen kya yeh wajah hy keh apne tuition chorh diya hy? Kya apko ek hi tarah ke thoughts dimagh me ghoomte rehtey hen or ya khayal ata hy keh aisa kiya toh yeh ghalat hojayega? OCD ke symptoms lagtey hen apko?

Bhai bas apko harana hy in thoughts ko har haal me. Video ke barey me ab bhi nahi bataya hy apney. Asar hi nahi leyna hy in thoughts ka jo bhi aa jaye dimagh me agar ghalat hy uska sar paer nahi ya koi uksa raha hy sun.na hi nahi hy. Dheet ban jao. Apney kam me lagey raho. Agar aisa hota raha toh kisi bhi job me settle hona mushkil ho sakta hy. Jis kam me lago usey poora karkey chorho or waswasey kuch bhi gaana gatey raheyn. Agar ham unpey yaqeen karengey to ghalat hoga. Bas ab is fear ko aankh me dekh ke bolo kya kar lega?

Asl me kuch nahi hota dimagh me purani bateyn hi daudengi agar busy na kiya khud ko. Purana waqt aisa hy jaisa ke koi dream acha bhi ho sakta hy ya bura bhi lekin apki khushiyan nahi cheen sakta apko agey barhney se nahi rok sakta
