Knee Problem Causes and Treatment

Dear readers i am a married man since 2016 about 1.5 year almost. I am a healthy person and doing exercises weekly 3 to 4 time but lately i have noticed that when i bend my both knees i have cracking sound like bones are striking with each other. According to my experience it will cause me problem later at my age and i am feeling mild pain also at knees. Before marriage i dont have any problem like this also my sex drive also minimized as i have before 1 year. Could you please guide me any medicine or food that i would take to relieve from this problem that i think will become serious if i dont take precautions and dont have any guidance. Any help will be greatly apprciated.
